Envision has been CIBC’s choice for design-build-install and warehousing support for the bank’s national network for more than a decade. Among the many projects Envision has done for CIBC is a new street level presence for their Bay & King head office, located in the heart of Canada’s financial district.

This entailed reducing the leased space on the main floor, while boosting CIBC’s presence to the walk-by traffic of 45,000 business people each day.

Envision proposed a strategy and prepared executive presentations. Project execution was accomplished in six months and included:

• Design
• Trade coordination
• Construction
• Installation

The solution provided by Envision integrated:

• Custom designed stainless steel and dark walnut sculptured ABM modules
• LED-illuminated stainless steel poster pylons
• A 40-foot low wall that ensures driver-level visibility going both ways on Bay Street. The low wall is finished both sides in LED edge-lit graphics and has a 60-inch digital screen.
• A signature exterior sign cube. The CIBC cube is a favourite background for TV journalists when reporting financial news, and it has appeared more than 30 times in the Canada’s national newspapers.
